    Hello planeteers,
I've finished this unusual project for me that is part of the Yorktown diorama.
It is a small plank house in 40mm from de well know Grand Manner in UK.
Excellent details and great quality, it was a lot of fun to paint this to be honest .

This has been a terrific project to follow but I'm trying to wrap my head around the whole thing. How many regiments will you have when this is done? What will you do with this when it is done?Is it for yourself, for someone else or will you sell it?

Hi Mark, that is a good question...what to do with it when it is done.
I've started this project for my own enjoyment, i will clamp those 4 panels together when done and adjust the edges so they all look as part of a whole thing and have the diorama sit on a table on my garage for dispay.
So all of this work for nothing?, probably yes, i love painting and doing research before i make this minis, that is the fun part and that gives a meaning to the sculpting, painting and creation the scenery.
I don't discard the possibility to donate to a museum who wants to display some AWI history, to me that would be an honor, but i will have to knock some doors and perhaps the work is not worht it, who knows?... so for now i am just having a blast doing it and very happy that i have supporters in Planet Figure that likes my work and help me inprove my skills with good advise.
    Cheers!

Oh yes, cause once the dust is starting to settle on the scenery it is game over.
By the way, these are the regiments present at yorktown:

    Agenais
    Gatenois
    Bourbonnais
    Royal Deux-Ponts
    Saintonge
    Soissonois
    Touraine

    A detachment of Belsunce dragoons
    Volontaires etrangeres de la Marine
    French royal Artillery

Those are the ones on the side of the diorama i am working on.
There wore others like Lauzuns hussars and infantry that wore on the other side of the river at glucester point.
