    Hello planeteers,
Here is a rather unusual work for me, this is a 40mm plank House from Grand Manner in UK.
Beatiful detailed item and certainly will add interest to the scenery.
It will be placed in one of the squares where the Regiment of Royal Deux-ponts will be marching.

Wow, super. I love the amount of detail
on the stone chimney! Looks like you're
having a lot of fun. I try to remember
that FUN is why we are in this incredible and
    multi-faceted hobby. I started in 1965,
and am now 78. . . No way will I ever
    learn it all. :)

I have finished the roof top using a watered down vallejo orange brown.
I've applied several washes of vallejo burn umber and added some black-green wash on some areas of the roof. 20150618_235905.jpg

I've painted the stones in three different shades of grey, one of them is done using watered down stone grey, then apllied vallejo black wash and added highlights on some of the rocks.
As for the house walls, i've use vallejo pale grey blue, applied in with an almost dry brush technique and uneven.
Then i finally applied some watered down vallejo earth, mix of military green and burnt umber to "dirt the walls".
    Still lots of work ahead.

I think that regardless of quality of paint, these 28mm and 40mm scales are a lot of fun to paint.
