I know this casting has an excellent representation of the strings, but have you ever tried to reproduce them with some other method? I've wondered about using fine wire, but haven't tested it.

So - Watch the beautiful tresses stuff on the upper body a last time - now there is really nothing to be seen ...:



I have first the - still unfinished - second arm and the second hand back temporarily mounted.

Then the Kobza was glued to the figure - again with two-component adhesive. The instrument "depends" on only two adhesive dots - gray collar and thigh ...:







After the adhesive had cured, I have the provisionally attached parts removed, and **hurrah** it keeps...:



The interplay of colors (clothing and wood) I like exceptionally well ...

I have canceled an adjusting screw at the Kobza - easy to repair ::



I also back gapes at the shoulder too much of a gap - I have to rework ...:

Today I start with the head!

It was washed, mounted to my working-cork...



...and primed. And the primer shows now correctly how great sculpted the head is ...:

Nicely sculpted face... I dare say it's like looking in a mirror.
