Thanks for crediting me with inspiring you, but the creativity is all your own(y)(y). Well done mate. As for what class to put it in, that's obvious - Scratch built and Converted(y):).
    Best wishes, Gary.

IM bloody speechless Brian , how the feck are you going to top this one :D
Great call on the rolled greatcoat removal , something I flagged up but got poo pooed on :D most people think its a blanket roll but that would be just silly as it would get soaked .
You along with Paul Vincent and Ivo Preda are the bravest guys at chopping up figures on PF (y)

    PS It's Smudgeramma

Ron, you didn't get poo pooed mate, I did say at the time that I preferred it on the pack than off and it could possibly have been a blanket. It looked plain to me without it so I made the call to look how I wanted it.
We know normally it is the greatcoat.
You are right that it is a fine piece by Smudge though. :)

Hi Ron, no worries, phew, I didn't want you to think I had dismissed anything you had to say as I respect you too much for that.
Cheers mate, happy new year by the way, hope to catch up in person this year :)

    Brian,

Well I think you're playing it safe mate. Just six busts in a single "bustarama" eh?

Seriously, that's an epic undertaking and I can only wish you the best and hope it turns out as well as you imagine.

I'll be following your progress with great interest.

Hi Ron,yes I removed the great coat although you still see many contemporary prints showing the rolled up overcoat on the knapsack.
I've had something like this planned in my mind for years and now seems the right time to have a go at it,thanks for your comments mate

Wonderful pieces. Can't wait to see them together. I might someday imitate the pose and attitude of your figures with full 54 mm figures. One day maybe. But these could never look as dramatic as your large scale pieces. They tell the 'story' well...

So a 'bustorama'... I am not too much in the concept of 'bust', prefer full figures, but in this case 'wow'. I just feel my imagination is outmatched.

    Cheers,

    Patrick
