    Great work , Mike. It´s a shame, but the 2nd regiment, the Frederick life guards, has a uniform a bit different to others. They wore colbacks instead of mirlitons, and the dolman and pellise had a lace around the braids.

    Well, if we're being really precise, they weren't Frederick's life guards, they were simply the Ziethen-Husaren. Frederick's only bodyguard cavalry was the Garde du Corps. But your point is well taken.
