I have just completed this latest bust which is currently part of a project I'm currently in the middle of,i thought I would post it as a stand alone piece as well as some of it wont be visible when I finaly display it in the trench project.
As I have already mentioned in the project posting, the bust is produced by Model Cellar in the U.S. and is cast in resin, the castings are very well done with minimal clean up and the fit of parts is very good.
The bust was sculpted by Carl Reid and there is lots of great detail and plenty to paint, the piece was completed using oils over GW acrylic base coats.

I would highly recommend this piece to anyone interested in the great war,the bust is available in the UK from Steve Kirtley at SK miniatures or from Model Cellar themselves, the details I have listed below should anyone be interested.

Many thanks for looking and taking the time to comment.

Well what can I say Brian, everything about it stand's out, from the great wood grain on the rifle to the well weathered helmet and uniform. If I could only paint one figure as good as this in my life,I think I would have to call it a day.:D
