    Hello fellow members!
While I have been very busy during the last 6 months I am now ready to return to the workbench for some days. As a start I show you some small projects like this French Cuirassier - (I got from Manfred65 as a birthday present). The somewhat clumsy blade of the sword was replaced (by Manfred65) - everything else out of the box. Painted with Acrylics (test run for the Andrea Blue Paint set). Pictures courtesy of my nephew - thanks Henrik!
    Comments welcome.
    Cheers, Martin

I love these small works of art from Perry. I was just looking at their catalogue and they have some really cool personality figures and vignettes in 28mm. Way more detailed than what is required for wargames. I can't imagine a better paint job on thus cuirassier.

Awesome work! Amazing level of details on this scale! Your paint job, Martin is outstanding!
Are you going to complete the display with groundwork?

Thanks for the comments mates - much appreciated!
Yes Zeno - I liked this little guy so much that the base will not become a permanent solution. I think about adding some comrades and groundwork. Colin`s current project with Ney and ADC leading a charge of the Cuirassiers at Waterloo is very inspiring....
I might give you a holler for some tips about building up nice groundwork because your scenes really appeal to me.
    All the best!
