An impulse buy at a bargain price, funds went to the widow of a unknown modeller with good taste in figures.
All in oils as usual

Cad red is the base ,shaded with a mix of the base and brown madder, Vermillion for the highlights but not two much or you end up with a very British red aka the Zulu war uniforms . "Take note Richie"

Thanks Ron, *******'s! I don't have Brown Madder or Vermillion and I was in the art shop in Darlington yesterday, I'll have a look and see if they have them in the little shop here in Bedale but there's quite a few missing from their range.

Roger just checked the tube it's Cad Red Scarlet for the highlights " whata mistaka to make'a
Ps it's a series 4 tube W/N so carries a hefty price tag but mine is about 20 years or so old "you don't need much"

Lost the box Keith ,but it's an Alan Ball sculpt if that's any help .

Very nice Mr T. A pleasant change from the usual range of subjects. Base works well to set him off.
