Nicely sculpted figure, and as usual Mr. C has done a top-notch paint job. But a very odd pose and expression. "Roman Centurion has a Pavarotti moment" maybe?

I can only guess that they're trying to do something a bit different with a "play-it-safe" subject.

The only reservation I have is regarding the size of the shield. The rest looks good .

The figure has a great facial expression and the armour & leather fitments look to be spot on. But, it's an odd pose as the hand is not even pointing at anything (if that was the intent?) and the shield is way too small. The sword btw Brian was carried on the left side for Centurions and thus is correct on the figure whilst legionaries wore it on the right.

The empty right hand would, IMHO, look better if it held a gladius. That would make the facial expression and the stance look more threatening and agressive. A relatively simple conversion for most people.
