I really like the ground work and plinth, they really set the figure off nicely. The name plate theme through your works is a brilliant idea.

Thanks mate, even managed to sneak a piece of hog & horse hair grass in. I'm trying to keep name plates common, I like the white on burgandy for the soldiers sort of reminds me of the Victoria Cross colours. I think this piece is right up there but I did enjoy my bust aswell, but as a foot figure yes it's my best stock piece so far.

Sure did, i am fully in the camp that the SNCO's and ex SNCO Dalton run the show, (when does an officer truly run the show?) doesn't stop Sappers claiming one of their own though!
