He looks superb - but no Ginger?

For what is Bigggles without his sidekick?

    Gingerless

Great figure I love his coat. Brings back memories of reading my fathers Biggles books growing up. If your talking about Ginger you have to mention Algy(?) I think there was an Algy. Been many years since I read them.

Thanks Matt you don't know who Biggles is? :-0

Actually based on author Capt. WE Johns real wartime experience as an RFC pilot.
Quote at start of book says:

"Biggles is a fictional character ... Captain W.E. Johns, has pointed out that he could have been found in any RFC mess of the day and that his exploits were often based on fact."

Neat little figure this one too.

    Stay safe,

    Mike

As always grateful you took time to comment Marc.
Going to do small SBS on this one for David Allen, owner of Wings Cockpit who commissioned me to paint his boxart.

    Stay safe,

:) Fun post Rich, glad you like him.
I did try to paint his "wisp of fair hair*" a light Ginger in tribute to his offsider ;-)

Looks great Mike, This has brought back some happy memories, I remember being given some Biggles books as a kid and loving reading them.
