    Hello Folks
To celebrate the 60th year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Mitches Military Models have commissioned Carl Reid to sculpt this 200mm bust. The kit depicts a Garrison Sergeant Major of the Guards Division in the act of giving three hearty cheers to the Queen during this years celebrations.
The model will be available very soon and anyone wishing to pre-order it please contact me on gordonmi@hotmail.com or via www.mitchesmilitarymodels.co.uk
    Cheers

    Hello Don
I agree with your comments Carl has really captured the face. Mike Wilkinson actually sent me the photo some time ago so he deserves the credit in that respect.

...Its a bust ...1/2 figure maybe !!! but I reckon legs will appear very soon if not from MMM then from El Jimbo ..maybe

Love the rank badge ....... at least there is only one !!!! quite a challenge to paint this and also the red of the tunic ...needs to be pristine as GSM Mott was ..infact as any Guards soldier is expected to be

    Hi Gordon,
Nice piece, this should look superb painted up, good luck with this one. Nearly as many medals as Nap's got days shifting boxes about.

Mike - can you imagine those bulled boots on the end of his legs, you would have to paint a second miniature as a reflection in the toe caps.:woot:

    cheers
    Richie
