Hi to all. This is one of my latest works. The figure is really beautiful and the cast is very good except for a minor fail over the right knee. (surely only in my model). All painted in acrylics. I have made an extension of the first stair of the base using epoxy to cover all the upper part of the wooden base.
All comments wellcome.I hope you like it.
This figure is the cover of my web in june.

Thank you very much, Colin, Goetz , Ron and Roger.

About the "uniform" , at that time some classic and roman features, where recovered also for military dress, but in this case, I think that this parafernalia has more of free and extravagant combinations made by the painters of the "quatroccento" when they dressed their models for paintings.

About the cloak, I try to simulate a velvet fabric, and I have made my own design, inspired in different ones.

Makes sense Eduardo and that's part of the figure's charm. Back when men dressed more ostentatiously than women.

Wonderful paintjob, Eduardo. That cloak is a masterpiece in its own right. If you allow me one remark which comes down to the use of the matt acrylics : the leather body armour would look even nicer with a little sheen. It is a bit too matt for my taste.
