Christos, as my original post stated the painting and the sculpture is first class and I have no critisism of this. But, In my humble opinion, it does not capture the essence of the man even though you have shown your reference source. I know many will disagree with that point of view as it is my personal perspective. I agree with you on the political garbage, that should not be happening. Good luck with the figure.

Both sculpt & paint are really great. This bust, I think, is the best version of "Che" released in miniature.
Best wishes to Christos and Dimitris.

as I said I like the sculpt and the paint work, but not the concept, of course we are modellers, but I think there is a LOT of things to do and not this kind of character, Im from Venezuela and I have to see posters of this basterd in every courner, I hate the Cuban socialism, specialy Fidel Castro and our hopefully dying president Hugo Chavez. There is too muh to do in our hobby, lot of history and we dont need to represent this kind of person, is just my opinion, we suffer every day in Venezuela this idiologic bullshit all day every day. Hope you understand me.

    Hi to all ,

I do like this a lot , great sculpting and I think an great subject which modellers will buy if it is their area of interest .

Christos has worked hard on this release and as I well know with Campaign Miniatures choosing the right subject is not easy ...so lets give the respect that he rightly deserves ...there will be other releases which will add even more interest and subjects to the range all produced by a skilled sculptor and painted to an extremely high standard .

Well done Christos ..here's to the next

    Hello and Merry Cristmas !
Great work Christo here and very nice and smooth paint from Dimitrios!
As for the historical guys ok everyone has their opinions. we are not historical forum here to talk about history or no one what to change the mind of the others based in one figure-bust-diorama or whatever. what about world war dioramas? i like them alot what that mean i am fan of war?
Better to seperate that kinds art-history because in the end, i see everyone painting Orks and Elfs!

    Best wishes

It's only stupid who is coward enough not to say his own thoughts.
    Great sculpt,great painting christos.
Too bad you brought thios subject cause i really admire your work and those who live everyday by a idiologic stupidity like this che represents and others who has lost loved ones in the hands of this che they have the right to have an opinion on the subject .
che was born in Argentina, i am from Argentina and i know this "hero" did not do anything for Argentina nor other countries,he executed cubans because they wore a policemen or someway related to the overthrowed government or opposed to his ideas,THAT to me is not a hero,is a COWARD.
Sorry Christos and this is nothing against you, and i think that when you portray a sculpt and is a person in history and not a random subject in a certain way you bringing the history behind, and there are a lot of person misinformed about this che ,but i will speak mi mind even at the risk of being censored or suspended.
All being said i will not participate in this thread not to bother other planet figure members.
    Best regards
