    Hi Folks,

Happy Thanksgiving from the US. Its been about a month since I've posted anything. I just finished his little guy up this morning. It's an older Metal Models kit. Fantastic casting and fit. Definitely closer to a 60MM figure.

    Its painted in Acrylics.

All comments are welcome. If you see something I missed please let me know.

    Best Regards

The dirt and mud could be better but the rest looks good. I do like that blue a lot.

Looks very good, nice crisp paint job. Good job on a shade of blue that can be very difficult to realize

Very nice job altogether. The blues are particularly well done, nicely matt and not over highlighted.
A well painted face with just the right amount of weariness.

    Hey Mike,

Thanks for the critique. Is it the color of mud or how it is applied that could be better? I'd like to get some specifics. Anyone else want to chime in on how to apply mud so that it looks realistic?

    Thanks guys

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for taking the time to look and comment. The m1897 Canteen Cover was issued in Khaki, Horizon Blue and Dark Blue. I decided to use Khaki to break it up a bit.
