it's a 54mm scratch with head and gear from Metal Modeles,

I really like this little idea, just wondering oif you could perhaps do it as a vignette, with the Lady in question, listening behind the door, it would make a lovely addition to the other side of of the door

Thank you for the comments guys,
Ron for the scenic I am using some commercial parts such us the wall and stairs and the other are scratch,
Martin his uniform is from an officer of the hussars, in some pics I found the term chasseur a cheval and in some other the term officer of the hussars, I choose the name of the painting,
Dave I had this idea but I didn't want to make a vignette, that's why I turned his head to look at the window for the girl,
    cheers

Nice idea and good start, Christos (y) !

But I agree with Martin ;) , the painting definitely depicts a Chasseur a Cheval de la Garde Imperiale (a trooper, for instance), not an officer of the hussars... That uniform is very well known and documented; take a look at Rousselot's watercolour below, for example.
BTW, it's the same author of the pic posted by Martin.

Of course is your piece, and you'll choose how to call it but... it's a chasseur.

I'm sure it will turn out as a great piece regardless of the name... thank you for the pics!

    Cheers,
    Marco

P.S. I think that the painter's name is Paul Louis Narcisse Grolleron ;) .

    ... It's a Chasseur a Cheval
Will look fabulous when it's complete... Love the scenery work.

Well I am not a nap expert but I will became one, after all these study I've made the last days
Ok ok the guy is a chasseur a cheval de la garde imperiale, thank you all for your help, the painter named his work "hussar" while representing a chasseur, anyway, I will change the title to "Chasseur in Pursuit" :) because I am not a famous painter but just a poor modeller
Here are the new pics of the progress,
