Hi all! Here I am with a new job, a French gunner of the revolutionary period. Still missing much, face, hands and any other light and shadow ... Below with the tips!
    Ciao,

    Thanks Marc!
I do not know yet whether to leave the original base, or mix with magic sculpt and natural soil ... The piece has to be ready for next Wednesday, for an exhibition-contest ...

The piece is very recent. It is carved from legendary Leibowitz and is free for subscribers to the magazine "FIGURINES MAGAZINE".

The start of another great piece!
The subject is interesting but the sculpt is rather flat... you might want to exagerate the lights and shadows a bit more to bring out the depth, especially in the coatee

Here is the finished piece. The pictures unfortunately came evil (as usual). For the base I used natural loam and leaves of...... oregano! (a toy soldier "aromatic" ...) Below with suggestions and criticisms
    Regards,
    Andrea

Nice job Andrea.... the highs and lows look much better in this set of pics. Perhaps the last set of pics just didn't show the work.
I really enjoy your work... what's next for you?
