    Hi Guys,

    NEW PICTURES BELOW: Recommendations Complete.

Here's my latest. I picked this up recently for $5.00 at the Hussar in Tulsa, OK. It a commercial sculpt by Bill Horan for an Italian Magazine back in 1999.

It's painted in acrylics and Printers inks for the metal.

As always I've noticed about a dozen things that need to be corrected since I took pictures and posted.

    All comments welcome.

That looks very nice Mike. Love the red, tan uniform and above all, his white tennis shoes! (If they are tennis shoes...?)

    Hi Adrian,

Thanks for looking. His shoes are Sandals and are supossed to be white. Another one of those things that I'll go back and fine tune. I think they need additional contrast.

Nice skin tones Mike. Left iris overlaps the eye bag ;} I agree with the above that the uniform is great too.

Hey Mike! This is probably already on your 'details to fix' list, but I noticed that the lower chevron on his right sleeve is wider than the others, and the outlining highlight is a bit stark ( or too bright I should say), on his lower right jacket pocket. Other than that you've got an excellent figure turning out (y)! I look forward to seeing him completed.

    Hey Fig Daddy,

Thanks for taking the time to liik. I went back and corrected the eye as well. The skin tones were actually pretty easy to paint!

I must agree, I love what you have done and I really like this figure. My taste's are changing, as whilst i am only really new to miniartures (completed my first mini recently) I have been admiring from a distance for a few years now.

    Great work with your reds!

New pictures added: I have corrected the Chevrons, The Eye, an repainted the shoes. I also added some detail that I didn't know needed to be there. I added the Red Collar Tabs and changed the field for the Chevron's from Blue to Black and changed the color of the star from Yellow to White. I hope you like it.

Sorry Mike, No swoosh! I decided to paint a little more contrast instead!:(
