    Hello everyone,

Here is something I am currently working on. Hopefully this is a subject I will manage to finish. I have so many started projects...

Let me know what do you think. Still lots of work to do.

The contrast between the two different metals is really effective. (y)

    Thanks guys.

Marc, do you think I should go deeper with the contrast on the red? I actually considered it done. In reality there is definately little more contrast.

I have retaken the photo. This time I used a RAW file and later edited it in HDR (high dynamic range) software. That helps to improve the contrast scale from highest highlights to the deepest shadows, which in traditional photography is impossible. There is always some lost to highlights, shadows or both.
The second picture now looks pretty close to what I see at my desk.

Thanks guys. The red actuall goes a little orange, maybe not so much as on the picture, but it has to, since I have used a vermillion in my mix.

Thanks Mike. I have not lost the interest with the figure so far. I enjoy it with every brush stroke, so hopefully it will stay like this until the model is finished.

Here is a little progress from tonight. Still practicing HDR photography.
