Thanks for the pics-a great display and tremendous variety-really liked the piper and the two looters with the cow-there was also some very nice 20th century stuff which is not my period of interest but I can appreciate the modelling skills on display.
    Forgot to mention the Flats!

God report and very nice figures PJ. Thank you very much for sharing with us. I´m impressed with this ranger. Is it made using fabrics and other materials? It seems big, whay scale is it? Thanks.

Eduardo - The Ranger stands about 15-16" tall and is sculpted by MFCA Grand Master Ron Tunnison. Ron is most famous for his larger than life bronze work which are monuments all over the US, most notably Gettysburg and Antietam. Ron always shares his warm personality, zest for life and the hobby at the shows he attends and it is always a joy to see his work presented on the same table with 54-90mm figures.

Thanks for the pics PJ. It was a nice weekend. I hadn't been to the show in 9-10 years so seeing so many old friends was a lot of fun. The show seemed smaller than the past but with the economy the way it is, I'm not surprised. Great time had by all.

It was great to see you again, Jim. Don't be such a stranger!! Very nice display BTW.

I stand corrected on BOS - it was Mike Blank's Jerusalem. See below. Thanks to all for your kind words. If you are anywhere near this show next year, make the effort to come. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks PJ, great to see you and the crew. I'm back so no, I wont be a stranger. I don't think you made a mistake on BOS as really either one could have won the award. His work is wonderful to see regardless of subject. I always look forward to seeing what Mike has up his sleeve.

Thanks for the photos Pat. I am sad I did not get to come this year. I am also sad to miss the collection of Mike Taylor flats I see in the photos!
