Like this one , would that be Croy hill Scotland just a few kilometers from where I stay The Antonine wall runs right past us and there is a roman bath house remains just off the main street so this one is of interest to me

There is not much left of the wall only the foundation stone bed and the ditches
which were dug in the front, the actual construction was an earthen bank
then covered in turf and toped with wooden pallisades with a military road behind this with several forts stretching from the Firth of Clyde to the firth of fourth " firth is a Scottish term for river estuary"
The bathhouse is in better condition although the remains are only abot 900mm high< I will take some photos this weekend and post them to you if you send me an E mail address

I'm with Ron on the Legio II Augusta figure. For anyone interested and within easy travel distance of Glasgow the Hunterian Museum at Glasgow Uni has a decent permanent display on the Antonine wall. There's also some pretty good stuff in local museums in communities around the line of the wall.

Sgf roman figs

I will be buying at least 2 of these to add to my already extensive 54mm SGF stash.....but I really wish they would branch out into 75mm Roman figures as well. If they did so, I think they would be stunning given the detail they sculpt into 54mm. A tremendous range that are IMHO the market leaders in 54mm Roman Army soldiers.

Cataphract is a "must have" for me. There is no similar figure that I know off.
