    Hi all,

Just put the finishing touches on this piece, a 75mm offering from Castle Miniatures. Great figure, and I really enjoyed painting it. I'm particularly proud of how the marble floor turned out - it was my first attempt at painting marble. Painted entirely with acrylics. Thanks for looking!

A beautifully painted piece Jason, the floor is perfectly painted. I would love to know how you achieved that effect. The sculpt of the figure is excellent and you have painted it superbly. Well done Sir.(y)

Excellent painting. The marble does look amazing but so does the rest of the figure.

Fantastic! I really like your choice of colors, the cleanaliness of painting and the smoothness of transitions. I think the marble from the flor is the perfect combination. When I saw this figure kit first time, not painted, didn´t suggest me, but now I must say you´ve got the most.

May I ask about the flooring? Hand painted? Could you put some pics of it for detail? Thanks:whistle:

I always look forward to one of your posts Jason, and this one just raises the bar that little bit more. I have to say I've never seen any painter achieve in acrylics what you have, at least not on this side of the Atlantic. Masterfully done sir. :notworthy:
