don't go for any old hair see below Dons hair comes with provenance or should I say pedigree.

The solution is obvious...flexibility....scale model chest wigs.
I'm thinking of a partnership with Don....collect his bi-annual beard comb out and market it in 54mm 75mm 90mm lengths. We would also offer a bespoke curling service (don't ask it would only upset sensitive types). Franchises might be available Matt, Stu, Steve....call me.
All products would be organic and naturally coloured, new recruits to the herd...sorry... partners sought.

Ronnie I do like your Spartan, you dont half paint a lovely grey. Ready to start already, I am still enjoying opening the boxes and savouring the figures, priming, painting, oiling and waxing comes much later.
I assume its from your fly tying, perhaps from a deers tail? The curly shape has me worried me so I wont ask, just hope your wife was sleeping.
Is that one of the figures you got from El Greco, nice bust.

Where the hair came from ,I'll leave that to your imagination,
been working on that grey for a long time, ready to get the roller out,
not sure which way to go ,white undercoat or black, don't have any white at
the moment apart from humbrol but can be a bit slick on resin but do want to
go down the light color road on this one.

Ronnie if its just a white undercoat you want and you want it quickly, like today. nip down to Halfords and get a can of their white primer. Not so expensive and I think does a good job.
If you can wait, try Games Workshop skull white, never used it myself but have heard the name bandied around.

If its one of the large groups of shops, there is no end of things a guy can get for his figures.

Good to see you of the mark already Ron, not sure about the hair but your grey is fantastic. As for primers, have used the Skull white for many years and find it a great surface to paint on.
