    Is it 54mm?
Is it one kit? or are there some scratch built parts, conversions etc

I agree. This scene from Andrea, "Scottish fever", is really spectacular, well done Javier.

    Waterloo: Javier, congratulations. . .

    Greetings Javier:

Ok, I'll admit it, right from the get go, right from the top. Writing a bunch of
text explaining the details is not much fun. But you understand, this is a
major work. My guess is also, that it is 54mm. And that being the case, this
kind of diorama is so difficult to do. Especially with an equestrian figure in
    the mix.

Obviously you have a great deal of discipline and the ability to stick with a
very difficult project until it is completed. I commend you for your talent and
    for your discipline.

Naturally, since this is a piece of some merit, we would like to know what
medium you painted the figure with. My guess is acrylics. And what
about that base? Is is part of a kit you purchased? Did you have to
convert some of the figures, changing the arms and/or legs to different
positions? Well, Javier, I could go on with more questions, but I think you
get my drift. From the comments of others, I would once more repeat:

Inquiring minds want to know. . . Will there be news at Eleven? . . to quote
the late night News programs on Television.

    Super work, and well photographed,

Ahhh, this is an Andrea kit straight from the box. Very nicely painted. The only criticism I can come up with is on the blues. That bright a shade of blue was very uncommon before the advent of chemical dyes. French Napoleonic blue is very nearly black, so only the highlights would appear blue. This is a very common rendering of Napper blue, but way too bright. In no way does this diminish the end result. Way cool!

I think it's actually "Scotland forever", after the title of the famous Lady Elizabeth Butler painting.

Ok, I will tell you all a secret XD
This account is from the artist Javier Barrientos. But he doesn't speak a word in English. So the one who writes is me (his son), Ignacio Barrientos.
I always try to post with all the details, but as my father is working, I can't post answers as soon as I would like, or have every pice of information at hand.
I'm just explaining the situation. I will give an answer to all the questions in a couple of hours, when I will call my father.
Anyway, thanks for all the support to everyone!!
We are really enjoying being part of this comunity, and my father apreaciates all the questions and interest.

    Looking good.
But the blue is to dark in my opinion.

Re: Waterloo: Javier, congratulations. . .

Ok, I can answer to some question now.

Yes, it's from andrea, "scottish fever" out of the box. 54mm without modification. I used acrylics in all the work, everything brush painted (no airbrush).

About the blue, it's darker than in the photos, don't have a very good camera and the light doen't seem accurate.

I will try to improve next photos.

Anyway, thanks for every question and for the support of this comunity!!
