Your getting into these scantily clad ladies Mike, that didn't sound right but you know what I mean.
    Great job as usual,
    Carl.

Thanks for checking her out gents. Good point Jose, I did not even consider putting blood on the utensil until you mentioned it. I need to add that blood to the axe. Thanks again fellas, I appreciate it. you always crack me up Mr. Barton.

I was going to make another comment, but it's a family show.

That's gory! Like the skintones alot. Groundwork and whites are great too. The purple looks good but could use some more blending IMO (although if i m guessing right this is Turner acrylics and i know first hand they can be a real pain to blend).
    Regards.

Thanks Dimitrios. You're right, they are turners and they are difficult to blend indeed. I still don't see how you get them so smooth.

Pretty gruesome, but I like it! How'd you make the blood?

I like the flesh tone and the groundwork. How are those Nocturna figures? Are they well cast? I have not seen one yet up close.

Mike, I think you've done a stand up job with this one! The purple is a great touch! I'm personally not a fan of the blood running profusely from the head though. Not that I don't appreciate a little gore, it just seems like way too much is gushing out, just me maybe. A bit of blood on the axe might tie them together as the others have said. Keep it up, you're a paintin' machine!

Mike, excellent painting and a great color choice for the cloak. I bet he wishes he'd kept his thoughts to himself. ;)

    Great finish Mike.
She's slightly fearful but very cute.
    I congratulate completion.
