For 2010's final release, Young Miniature has brought us a beautiful kit of Max Wunsche, standing in his turret on the German Western Front during WWII. This kit is quite an involved kit comprising 48 total parts. The figure is of resin as is the tank turret. Brass etched parts are supplied along with an instruction sheet for the Brass parts. Copper wire is also included for the wiring of the head phones.

Arriving in Young's standard heavy cradboard box with all parts separated by layers of foam this kit is broken down into 6 individual sealed zip-lok bags for all the smaller parts.

The turret parts above were sandwiched between the layers of foam with the main parts of the figure.

In showing the parts I have taken photographs of the contents of each bag seen below.

    Conclusion:
Another beautiful kit produced and released by Young Miniatures. Now I can fully understand why the increase in price for this kit of a tank turret as well as a figure. Highly recommended.

    Hi!

    Fantastic work from Ebroin.

Man that looks exceptional! Now that I see the bare resin the quality of the sculpting is easier to see - the fine puckering at the seams is excellently done.

Thanks as always for taking to time to shoot pics and post 'em Guy (y)

Thanks for the review, Guy. Fast approaching that 500 review mark ;)

Regarding Wunsche's rank insignia: was he known to wear the camouflage insignia on both arms (some WSS officers were known to have worn the insignia on both arms)? IIRC regulation was the upper left arm only.
