    There isn't any rule :)

As a matter of fact individually is much better, for one it really helps for social network sharing -

    How is that?

Well, if there are several releases in different genres, Romans, WWII, etc when people share the links out on facebook, digg, reddit, etc they need to choose a single thumbnail.

    Why should we care ?

Well since we've been sharing out links to social networking sites it has increased membership and has exposed more folks to our hobby and art which benefits all of us:

*Introduces the younger crowd to our hobby and plants the seed of interest
*Cross genre mini-figs and fantasy figurists can take an interest in our genre (we can learn from them and them from us, particularly posing!)
    *Mainstreams our art and hobby
*Drive more customers to manufacturers! ;)

So separate is more user friendly for sharing and precise targetting :)

    Thanks Gordy!
I placed each piece separately, because the way they will be more convenient to watch and write reviews. If this is a problem, I'll know it in the future.

I'm not sure how other manufacturers feel
about this. When I post new announcement,
I want the posting to stay on the front page
as long as possible for maximum exposure.

I just had 5 new items announced. If I had
posted it into 5 separate postings on the front
page, it would take up the top half of the "Lastest
News" section. The previous posters would
not have been so happy to see their announcement
get pushed off the page so quickly.

I understand there is no rule. But as a courtesy to
other manufacturers, I think each manufacturer
should announce its new releases in a single post.
We can share the front page as long as possible.

I can see the value in this now. I've just reviewed the home page unique view stats for December compared to April:

    http://www.planetfigure.com/index.php

    Nov 10, 2010 - Dec 10, 2010
    185,003 21.69%

    Apr 1, 2010 - Apr 30, 2010
    143,176 22.90%

    % Change
    29.21% -5.30%

That said I'm in agreement that release announcements would be most favourable in groups.

I'll revisit this topic when the homepage gets a redesign and factor in these concerns!

Thanks Taesung for the topic -
