Pegaso Models will release another great posing 75 mm white metal figure next month. Inspired by Ludwig Deutsch's famous orientalist oil paintings Palace Guard 1892 and Nubian Guard ; Benoit Cauchies sculpted the figure. It was a pleasure for me to be able to help the sculptor on the historical research of this figure.The boxart of the figure is painted by Pepe Gallardo.

This is very beautiful, the masterclass figure is also beautiful ... but why do manufacturors release figures of the same subject at the same time ?
That's overkill really, and competing each other out of business.

The piece is taken directley from a painting,

I was sculpting the very same piece in 75mm but I found out that Pegaso was producing the same piece so I stopped! that would have been 3 He He He!!!!!

Should have released it anyway Carl, I'm thinking three of these figures would make an awesome vignette in my favorite scale. Win-win situation as far as I can see!
