this is the Bravo-6 figure which is obviously Sgt. Elias (Willem DaFoe) of Platoon fame. It is a commission work and is really very nice for a 1/35 scale figure. I had a little of a hard time getting good photos because I'm not used to photographing singular 1/35 scale figs. He as usual is painted in Vallejo acrylics.

    Great work as usual, Dan.
The color of the uniform is very wonderful.
The fresh tone and a ground work are also amazing.
    I congratulate completion.

Looks quite nice from what we can see in the photos (you're right a bit blurry :)). Nice work Dan!

    thanks Jay...

yeah I'm just about to change over to a different camera that has a SUPER macro setting. Maybe this will help me cuz I've had it with this photo crap! Thanks for the kind words but he actually looks much better to the naked eye. Speak soon.

thank you very much. I'm trying very hard to get better at taking pics as I hate to subject you all to the blurriness that I've produced. I finally think I have the right set up as far as lighting but I think I need to change over to a camera that has a SUPER macro setting. I will try that out tonite.

I love the big scale stuff...

my primary love is 200MM! I cannot get enough 200MM WWII era figures, I like 120MM as well but truthfully I'll paint anything 1/35 scale and up! Thanks for the response.

    Hi Dan,

    Great sculpture from Bravo 6.
Your work in this little figure are amazing, you managed to make remembering to me this brilliant character done by the William Dafoe in one of the movies of my life.
    Thanks so much for sharing!
