Recently Pegaso released a 75mm Highlander sculpted by the talented Andrea Jula with the box art done by Pietro Balloni.

Packaged in Pegaso's sturdy cardboard box with all parts layerd between foam the kit is comprised of 13 white metal parts.

Above we see all the parts out of the box for inspection. The usual seam lines need to be sanded / filed away leaving 13 parts ready for assembly before painting.

    Conclusion:
An excellent kit depicting the Highlander of the 12th and 13th century. Minimal seam lines and dry-fitting of parts was excellent. Highly recommended.

Thanks for that Guy, i needed to see how the figure fitted together, as I have a project waiting for mine to arrive ...... these figures are a bigger drain on my resources than my kids ..... He He

By the way the bust is coming along, I should be able to get it to you in a couple of weeks ........

    Thank's for the review,Guy.
This one is a serious consideration for me.
There seems to be more clean up required than I'm used to from Pegaso.
Also Marc,I don't think you would necessarily have to use such a complicated pattern on the clothing as Pietro Balloni has used.

Hello Guy, this is a nice kit, mine fits together a treat, I have already assembled and undercoated mine ready to start painting for one of my collectors, still looking for a simple early tartan pattern for it.

    Hi Guy,
This is very nice figure. I have one at home but this is limited edition. It was for 1.International Painting Workshop in Siena.
I have small problem. There isn´t paper with information about figure and colour scheme. It is in four languages. I hope you now what I think.
Can you send me copy of this paper in english language? Here or on my email.
    Thak you very much.

Nice fantasy piece. Maybe someday, someone will actually produce a historical 13thc. scotish highlander. The cover art is superb. I've been pretty impressed with Pegaso lately. Some of their research and labeling has much to be desired but their sculpting, casting and box art is top notch.
    Thanks for the review.

It has just been delivered and a quick look and dry fit it looks great. Hardly any flash to remove. Will have to get backlog on the workbench sorted so i can get started on this one.
