    Absolutely brilliant. The white is stunning.
    I know that you've still to work on the base, but it might be worth considering running the floor finish up to and around the column rather than under. Are you going to paint in a shadow on the column or let natural light take care of it?
    Another winner.

    No secret Patrick.I like to try and keep things as simple as possible,so the figure was sprayed with Halfords Grey Primer and then sprayed with Citadels Skull White from above the figure so that your using a halo effect which will give the whole figure an immediate 3D effect.This was painted over with Tit white and Sepia oils using the grey and white primed areas as a guide to where the shadows and highlighting will go.When totally dry i enhance the highlights with thinned down Tit White for the highlights and stains of Sepia for the shading.Very easily done.
