Perhaps you might explain the different resin colours in pics ...are you comparing different companies products ?

Excellent! Nice to see some new hands in this scale, and those look terrific.

Nice, I was thinking of getting these, they look great

I recognize 2 of the hands that aren't the Royal hands. The yellow one in the center with the cigarette in pic 4 I is from Warriors, I think its from the Michael Wittman figure. The grayish gloved one in the 4th pic (far left) is from Verlinden. Not 100 % sure the origin of the far right yellow one in that pic or the other in the center, but I believe they are also Verlinden.

Yes the other hands are for scale comparison. The middle one is from the wittmann kirin set and the others from the verlinden assorted hand set (Verlinden had two colours the greenish one and the yellow one).
In my opinion the hands have some nice details and its good that something like that is comming up BUT they are way to big for the most figures available ...

Very nice indeed. Thinking these would be great for a 1//16 120mm Mannequin sculpt and head, the type of figures I like to make. Also great as replacement hands for the Miniart 1/16 that are slightly larger than most 1/16. Thanks for sharing. :)

Currently watching "Wednesday" on Netflix and realised that this set offers the perfect hommage to Thing (of course, only the right hands would work...)

You could also make a spiffing ancient Egyptian "war trophy" vignette using them. When people market these hand and head sets why don't they give precise measurements for the pieces? The wrist on this hand is this much across, this hand is this long by this wide, this head is this wide and this tall....

Thanks for posting this. I just ordered the two sets they make after reading this. It made me remember how many figures I have that have broken fingers or the sculpts look like sausages or 90 year old hands.

If you don’t mind me asking - where did you order these from? I can’t seem to find a supplier in the US.

    Thanks, Kurt

I received my order today, and these are better that what was pictured in the review. If you are on the fence about getting them you will not be disappointed. I ordered them direct and they showed up here in the States quicker than I expected.

    Cheers,
    Todd

I also ordered the first two sets of hands directly from Royal Model and they are indeed excellent. As previously noted, they are a bit large for true 1/16th scale figures (Alpine and others), but should work fine with 120mm figures that are closer to 1/15th scale.

It appears that additional hand sets will be released in the near future, along with some US tanker helmets.

As Todd indicated, Royal Models’ service was very good and I received the sets sooner than I was expecting.

    Cheers,
    Kurt
