    What is not a release, then a German or American soldier. How about a Russian, English, Italian or Japanese soldier of the Second World War?

    While I agree it is a great looking figure, it does have a couple of problems. The figure is wearing the early war uniform used up until later in 1944, except for the pants. These are either the M1942 paratrooper pants or a later version of the M1943. Easily remedied with an X-acto knife and some sandpaper. When I first looked at the figure, I wondered about the pose. The BAR weighs 16 pounds. While a soldier might assume this pose for a short time, I doubt he would be able to hold it for any length, unless he were a young Arnold Swarzenegger.
