Anyone know of a good Acrylic paint thats a close match to confederate Butternut

    I have a few bust to do at some point is there a Acrylic paint out there that is a good match for Confederate Butternut? Thanks for any help. Regards, Brock

    Browns and tans. There is no official "confederate butternut"; uniform producers (and family members at home) used rust, nut shells, dirt, anything to give a tint to the wool or jeans material. Whatever is in your paint collection already, in the above shades, will work. Not dark, but mid-to-light tones. Hard to be wrong.
