How you manage to paint the eyes including pupils in 28mm is amazing.

W, i sweat bullets wgen it comes to paint the eyes on these 28mm minis.
I use a X10 visor and a good pulse help

A good brush goes a long way my friend, for that i do spend on a Windsor and Newton series 7 000 or Da vinci 10/0.

I too have invested in good brushes - keeping a good point on them by frequent cleaning in masters.

Yes, cleaning brushes right after use is a must.
I have to say, and i've heard this from few other people, W &N series 7 quality is not as it used to be or maybe i have a little bit more experience now and i expect more for the $$ i pay for a Brush.
I will have to try the Masters for Brush cleaning.

Trying to finish these chaps for the first line of fusiliers.
Only faces , ruffled cuffs and detail on the hat are left to do...

Working on 2 sergeants and 1 officer at the moment.
I've placed the first line ( kneeling at ready).

Superb work - loving the whole arrangement - getting them placed and looking authentic must be the biggest hurdle.

Glad to get back on my bench after a couple weeks away from home.
I have finished the 2 sergeants and officer and placed them on the field .
Still finishing another 4 troopers for the second line deep.
