I asked the question of Vladimir, do you have any tips on fitting the lower jaw, it doesn’t naturally “click” into position.

You just have to glue it in position as you like it, after deciding whether you want to put the dagger between his teeth or not. I don't think the jaw fits enough to shut the mouth completely, but if you wanted to do that, you could adjust the ends of the jaw a touch to suit. There is no positive fit with lugs or such.
