I've decided to create a standalone thread for all my WIPs so as to avoid creating dozens of separate threads and to store my works in one place.
I'm adding WIP for Riddick for "Legion Miniatures" to this new thread. The work is being done in the OSL technique with acryl "Vallejo".

Following Riddick, I will show a WIP for the bust of Monica Bellucci.
Where necessary, I cleaned the resin cast from casting spillovers, then puttied and polished rough parts.
Then drilled a hole for a pin and put the bust on the tool stand.

I cut lenses for the glasses out of transparent plastic. Eventually, I'll tone the plastic and cover it with colored varnish to make the lenses colorful instead of dull.
I also decided to vivify the eyeglass frame by cutting a hinge joint from the bolt shank of "Master Club".
The bust will have light colors and no headdress.
I'm planing to show a WIP for the face starting from the resin cast to the final result.

Here's an update for Riddick. I enhanced the colors, made the belt more nuanced, and added more details. I also started painting the back, which is located in the shady side according to the original idea. Due to the glossy surface, the contrast may look opaque, but the mat varnish will fix that in the end.

Hello! Here's an update for Riddick:
I've started painting the hands, almost finished the face (just need to make color transitions smoother).
I moved the glasses to the forehead and made a belt from sheet plastic myself.
There are a couple of busy days ahead — and the bust will be ready!
