As with some Latorre Sculpts the pose irritates me - did the rocks on Culloden Moor look like this? If yes, what is he doing on it? Nevertheless clean sculpting and the old Latorre figures are most welcome.

These figures can all be bought from AMS Paints and Accessoriesi in Glasgow.They also sell all AK Interactive paints etc,etc.

To my knowledge there was no rocks on Culloden moor,but I wouldn't let put you off buying him.You could have him in Glencoe.Stunning figure

Get all Latorres figures from AMS Glasgow.£4 postage and top rate service.

Have been a few times, as recently as last week and any of the very few 'natural' rocks are mainly well weathered embedded boulders.
Certainly makes for a nice dramatic piece though.

I think Rick Scollins inspired many sculptors with his painting of a clansman at Culloden. In Rick`s artwork the desparation and defiance is coming across in the crouched pose.

Bill Horan and Mike Good created one of those all-time-classics for Kirin after Rick Scollins painting as a tribute to that artist....
