    That would be nice for sure ...infact any from MFM !

    Looking at this I prefer the shako ....and we have lovely detail on the lacework and medals !

    All 3 together look impressive

    Always good to see a release from MFM and don't forget they are a supporter of our Figure of the Month feature so a big thanks to them

    I agree with you regarding the headgear, Nap. I think the shako is the more compelling of the the two options.

    I am not aware of Russian Hussars wearing colbacks and the Shako seems to be more of the French pattern than Russian ones - 1809 or 1812.
    3 medals also seem too much for late 1812.
    I am wondering what was the inspiration for the sculpture.

    Yes I think Shako looks more French .Russian have more slope. Medals are close what Denis Davydov will have at that time. My question, is this Davydov ?
