The casting quality isn’t the best..unusual look being “normal” vs steroidal physique..good review showing warts and the highlights..

Casting is by Scale 75.

Can't just be showing the high points without a bit of realism and fact really.

Maybe my bad luck, but recently had some very poorly cast scale 75 pieces..one totally useless due huge void and bubble..

Hope you contacted them and got it replaced.

No..binned it..buying from the US site meant took months to show in the first place. Not worth the effort..

Should've contacted them for a refund then.

It’s price of admission..I couldn’t be bothered..bad QC means not buying again..and was plain bad QC...how does one get a refund for two piece bad in a set of three..but, am quite annoyed at the plain lousy casting being sold by more than one maker despite people falling over themselves in praising the sculpts..it’s why I really look for a review to show assembly, even dry fit....and then the vagaries of resin quality...some of the stuff out there is nasty ..yet always hyped as “high quality”

I always try to show exactly what I find no matter what brand or if they supply a sample to be reviewed. It's only fair to customers to highlight any potential issues but also to point out areas that the brand may not have really realise may be an issue.

For me Games Workshop are average and one of the best casters is Ciprian. But there's always the odd pleasant surprise now and then.

Agreed re GW..be intersting sidebar to your reviews to note the caster where you know..

I do if I know who it is at the time of writing. A caster can make or break a kit.
