    Tremendous conversion of what is already a super piece by Stormtroopers. I’d be frightened to death of ruining the stock figure if I attempted something like this never mind lacking the ability in the first place. Look forward to seeing further progress.

    Thank you Neal, yes it was a lot to take on but I just had this image of a tattered battle worn Confederate holding the flag with a defiant look about him, just got to get the brushes to him now(y)

    I think I need to add the details onto the flag first Kev before the painting begins, I think the white star would have been stitched on so it needs to be slightly raised from the main body of the flag in magic sculpt, whereas the battle honours were possibly just painted on, everything is marked out where it needs to be as this was all done before folding the flag into its present shape, I might lose the battle honour markings if I try & prime it all now, so best I get them done in thin magic sculpt lettering too just to be on the safe side, so it looks like a bit more putty work to go.(y)
