In my opinion this is a bust not of a veteran, but of an old person who has put on everything. There is no point in studying the details of uniforms and awards when they are worn by a person who has never fought

I must charm you, gentlemen-this bust does not reflect historical realities, because this person is not a veteran and the things that he put on himself can not be used on one person at one time in one place.)))This man has misled you-in Russia he is known as a strange man.Maybe he's mentally ill, maybe he's just bullying us-I can't say for sure.It can't be discussed seriously-it's not real.He might as well have presented himself as a veteran of the battle of the walls of Golden Bay awarded the order of Eyman Targaryen by Cersei Lannister.Isn't that funny?

It doesn't matter whether the man is a fake or not: he symbolizes something - just like the photo after which he was wonderfully sculpted.

Namely the victory of a dying generation over an inhuman aggressor who has inflicted incredible suffering and sacrifice on the Soviet people!

And it is all too understandable that the people there - especially those who have lived and suffered this time - are proud of it!

With this in mind, I will paint the bust - and you will get the right story for every order that can be seen.

I'm really looking forward to the guy ...!

The bust itself is superb, imaginative and something just that little bit different. Is it 'accurate' ?... who knows as I am no expert on Russian uniforms and awards so will defer to those amongst the membership who do.

As for the old chap himself and the veracity of his entitlement to wear various uniforms or awards; well, we have our own questionable candidates here in the UK too and I am sure (every) country has them. As others have said, don't let the topic detract too much from an otherwise very impressive piece of sculpting.
