This is a true 77mm figure from Series 77 as opposed to the 90mm American series. I have had it forever and finally decided to get it painted. It is an interesting figure with a relatively plain uniform but wonderful saddle detail.

The kit was built straight from the box with only the base being enhanced. All painting was done in acrylics.

A quick but fun project. Thanks for looking.

Love those Series 77s. Excellent work as always. Just discovered a year or so ago that my great grandfather served in the RA and was posted to India in the mid 1890s and I have been looking for a suitable figure ever since. Hoping to find one in khaki, but will settle for the blue home service uniform.

Well done and I like the way you have the saddle front and center. I'm a big fan of Series 77 and no matter the age of the figure (or in my case the painter the object is to have fun and this looks like it was.
