    Really nice work on great offo's work. It is great to see gradual work, the more so that painting is not one of my skills, the better I look at such WIP threads.

    It's all done .........nearly 3 hours ...2/0 brush ....doesn't look too bad ....it's readable as well !

    LOL ....I knew there was something missing !!!!! ...nearly finished the tags ....stopped for dinner ! ....just the word Veteran on the green band and that's it !!!

    This sculpt is on it's way to an impressive bit of painting. I agree with the slow relaxed breathing. But make sure you're not holding in a fart when it come to fine detail; even if your wife is looking over your shoulder.

    That is truly excellent work, Kev. It’s rare to see so much detail on a single figure, even a large-scale bust like this one (excepting Napoleonics, of course) & you’ve really gone above & beyond here.

    Bob ....that's a good idea ,the tag would have been more readable .....bugger ! .....but happy with it ....doing the hobby bit ...lol

    Chris ...Thank you , it's a special piece IMO , cracking sculpting , just wanted to add my take on it

    ....can't beat a Napoleonic for details ...lol

    Update

    After doing the hoovering for SWMBO I painted the eyes looking to his right ...did them a little bloodshot ...hope to get on with the flesh ...inbetween dusting ......
