    I don't see anything wrong with his eye lids, especially since the illustrations show a heavy brow. Not a fan of the orphaned hand approach though. I find I struggle to reconstruct the missing limb in my imagination when looking at pieces like this and often the hand placement looks wrong even if it isn't. Great paint.
