    Hi everybody

Thanks for the great entries in Feb well what a result we have 2 entries with the same number of votes

    These are

    Royal Naval Captain from Taiko

    Officer Dutch Grenadier from Walks

Many CONGRATULATIONS to the joint winners

So I decided to send a message to both on a first come basis to choose a prize and Steve Walks chose the great brush set from Rosemary and Co

The Work Bench Warrior Miniature Set of Brushes
This set includes a selection of our most popular miniature painting brushes. The brushes range in small sizes and different hair types including Kolinsky Sable, Red Sable, Squirrel and Sable-Nylon Blend to give you a taster. We have been making brushes for miniature painters for years and therefore this set has come by popular request and much research for those both starting out and more advanced.
This set contains 10 brushes (all on Short Handles):
Series 88. Pure Sable Rigger 1
Series 402. Designer Pointed Sable 2
    Series 33. Pure Kolinsky Pointed 10/0, 2/0, 0, 1, 2
Series 99. Pointed Pure Sable 2
Series 42. Pointed Round Pure Squirrel 2
Series 93. Pure Sable Spotters 2

These will be sent by me as I have them here with me

Taiko will get the prize from Mr Black Publications of either a 40 euro voucher or working with Stelios in getting an article in a future Scale Model Handbook publication

    Congratulations to both winners.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to choose a favourite in FOTM so well done to all participants. (y)

Well done to both winners. I had the opportunity to see the Dutch Grenadier in the flesh a few weeks ago and it is masterful. So much inspiration to do better from works like these.

    Well done guys.

May I ask if it is possible to create a FOTM album in the Gallery section, in order that they recorded as an ongoing "library' in one location?

    Hi Kev,
An ongoing gallery of all entries with simple name/title and month, going back to the start, possibly with a graphic star or equivalent in the corner of the pic to indicate the winner would be enough in my opinion.
My reasoning being, some really super models, worthy of being winners in their own right, will lose out on top spot now and again due to our own preferences for period etc.

For the person that puts this together, it must be easy for them to continually compile, and it would also be a simple timeline to view.

Just my opinion but keeping it simple is the key I think.

Thanks again on behalf of all, for your enthusiasm for this section it's very enjoyable.
I just hope we can encourage more of our members that look watch and read the threads without posting thoughts and opinions as freely as others, would also take time to vote.
Whether a new member or of long standing, all Planeteers opinions are equally valued, in this thread they can contribute freely.

    Cheers Kev,
Like many of us, it's going to take longer cleaning your
brushes than washing your hair these days mate:);)
