    Hello all,
Well, I've finally finished it. Seems like it's taken forever to get this one completed although I just bought it at the end of July.
My thanks to all of you that took the time to comment on it in the past. And especially for your suggestions and assistance.
    It all helped :)

Full view. I deliberately kept the contrast to a minimum on the tunic since it's such a big piece and the cloth would not have been very vibrant (my guess).

    And lastly, the back.
This shot best shows off the chain mail I did.

hi craig. i ment to say that the choice for the cross of andrew is a different one we are used to seeing the white on blue. the chain mail has come out as good as the original or looks like it from the photo's. well done. dave.

    Hi Frank,
    Thanks for the kind comments.

    Dave,
    Thanks to you as well.
According to the history paper that came with the figure, the backing color could be anything that offered contrast for Wallace's time period. Seems that the blue background came later.
    Thanks again to you both,
    Craig :)

    Hello Craig,

I like this fellow. The chainmail turned out great. Nicely done with the real chain's.
I would't do some rusty colours into the pits of the helmet. But that would be my choice.
    Great work.

    Hi Craig

Very nice work. You have certainly brought out the character of this guy very well.

A rather more convincing Wallace than Mel Gibson's portrayal methinks!

    Cheers
