    Hi everybody,
this is my first post here, but I've been a lurker in this great forum for a looong time. My name is Marco Micellone and I live in Turin, Italy.
The figure I'm posting is a simple conversion I made, based on a 54mm Metal Modeles figure, Musicien des Grenadiers à Pied de la Garde. You can find a quite extensive SBS on the italian forum Figurinitaly... in Italian, of course.
I used both acrylics and oils (over acrylics). The pics are maybe a little dark and reddish: metals, for instance, are brass in real life. But I hope you get the idea nevertheless.
BTW, pics were taken (and support given) by the good friend of mine, Ivo Preda. Thank you, Ivo.

    I hope you like it!

    Ciao,
    Marco

P.S. I'm having some trouble posting the pics... I'll try later adding more photos.

    Thank you guys,
actually the trumpeter is my most recent work, I can show you two or three of my older figures, if you're interested.
In the meantime I'll try to add some more views of the trumpeter... let's see if it works...
