I think it's coming along beautifully!
Looking good, love the idea too. Not seen this done before like it and will it be commercial
Now that's a clever little piece , a simple idea not seen this done before ...what's the scale ...54 ?
Thanks got sharing

Thanks for all the kind comments.
Its 1/35 Wee friends signaler body and hat with a Hornet head in between.
Buckets are Tamiya and mop is blu-tac at the moment.
Got new hands fitted and sculpted mop
I'd buy it.
It's for you Roger!
Same here, I have a mate who would love this as his father was in the Navy.
Small update worked on the base today
. Quite happy with the outcome.
It's great, there's not a sailor in the world that doesn't know this scenario.
Very well done so far razor and the base/deck looks very convincing.
Well done - the figure and the base look great.
I've started the painting but i'm still not sure about it .
Nothing wrong with the face, it will turn out fantastic.
Looks good to me too, keep going.
Cracking job on the decking and face.
Thanks for the encouragement. Worked some more on him still cant get the stripes on his collar right (3 attempts so far)
As an acrylic dauber, I hate to say this, try white oils.
That way you can correct the line with a brush dipped in turps, it'll take a while though.
Me and stripes don't get on either. As housecarl says use oil. Nice job so far.
