    Hi all
It's been a while since I had posted anything at pF. I wanted to share with you photos of my latest work in progress.
Some time ago I switched to Chavant Autostyle and till now this is my third figure from this material.
This fellow here is about 150mm tall. Now I'm going to do some details, folds etc.

Definitely a E.G Robinson likeness, which is interesting. But what is this strange material which looks very much like clay to me? Is it available worldwild/

    Hi
    Thanks for comments.
Chavant is available worldwide, I think that it's produced in the USA. In Poland you can buy three types of it: Chavant NSP Medium and Soft and this I'm using now, Chavant Autostyle Light Clay. It looks like clay but it's better because it doesn't dry completely, it only thickens. After sclupting a figure, making a mold and casting it you can use this material from the figure again.
This figure wasn't inspired actually by anybody. It's just my imagination.

Radek - Well done! Looks great!! I think he looks a bit like what a 40 year old Leo McKern or actually even more like the character actor that played a Russian general and spy opposite Michael Caine in several spy movies of the late 60s.

    All the best,
    Dan

    Hello
    Jay thanks for your comment.
Here's the progress with this figure, there are some minor things to deal with (e.g. one of the buttons needs fixing) but I can call it a finish:

I forget, is this a one off, because I would love to paint one of these if it's going to be a commercial piece.

    Matthew, Costas thanks for comments.
This is a single figure, not a commercial one (unfortunately).
Yes, I agree this one was quite fun to sculpt, first time I've tried to do something in this scale (the guy is 150mm tall).
    Thanks for looking
